How much is shipping?
The basic shipping cost in Italy is 9 € and delivery can vary from 1 to 3 working days.
For all orders above 50 € the shipment in Italy is free.
Shipments to the European Union have several rates but the base is € 14 for each neck.
Your order will always be traceable online to be informed in real time on the state of delivery.
We would like to clarify that the delivery times that we show on the site are always to be considered indicative, because there are causes of force majeure that can delay the shipment and that do not depend in any way from Rikitoys, such as the Corriere's activities, bad weather , strikes and areas that are difficult to reach "remote areas".
What does remote area mean?
The delivery of the package does not always take place in easily accessible locations, very often in fact it happens that they must be made with recipients who are in the localities defined by the courier as "remote", therefore it is not possible that the delivery of the order takes place in 24 working hours .
In order to be able to provide you with a high quality service, if you belong to a "remote area" and has chosen the "24 ore" shipment, you will be contacted by our customer service and together you decide how to proceed.
When will my order arrive?
The package will be sent within 24 working hours of receiving the payment and the delivery time can vary depending on the courier you choose.
The courier will take 1 to 3 working days for delivery (Saturday, Sunday and excluding holidays).
Delivery times are always to be considered indicative, because there are causes of force majeure that can delay delivery and which do not depend in any way on Rikitoys, such as courier's activities, bad weather, strikes and areas that are difficult to reach.
In general, the orders received by 12.00 are usually shipped during the day, otherwise the following working day.
During the holidays, the couriers will therefore suffer delays, not by our will, deliveries cannot be guaranteed in 24-48h.
What do I do if the courier passes when I'm not there?
In case of absence of the recipient, a notice of passage is left with the number of the reference branch which will allow you to agree on a return in shorter times. In this case, we advise you to get in touch with the courier as soon as you receive the passage of passage and directly agree with him a new date/time of delivery.
The courier usually delivers from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.00 to 18.00, from Monday to Friday.
How can I check the state of my order?
After thoroughly packed the products of your order, prepare the package for the courier, as soon as it goes on to withdraw it you will receive an information e-mail with the confirmation of the order shipping, if you do not find it, check that it is not by chance ended in your folder spam.
Within 24 hours of order confirmation you will receive an e-mail directly from the courier with the shipping number that can be used to check the delivery status of your package online.
Can you ship out of Italy?
We can ship in most European countries and orders arrive on average within 3-5 working days.
Will I have to pay customs expenses or extra shipping costs?
For shipments to Italy with the exception of Livigno (SO), there are no customs expenses, but extra cost for some very voluminous or heavy products may be expected.
The amount of the shipment will be communicated to you after receipt of the order confirmation and you can decide at that point whether to proceed or cancel the order.
For all orders directed to Livigno (SO) there is a customs clearance expenditure of € 40 to be added to the shipping cost.
How do I do if I have to change a product, make a return or if my package is lost?

Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem, you have the opportunity to return it and ask for a refund.
The right of withdrawal allows you to return the item purchased within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package.
The return is free, but the cost of the collection of goods (i.e. the return shipment) is always borne by the buyer.
Remember that it is essential to contact Rikitoys before returning the goods and wait for the return authorization.
We cannot accept returns without our prior authorization.
The returned products must be new, never used, not damaged, with intact labels and as far as possible in the original packaging, only if these conditions are verified can you be entitled to a refund, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain it. With Rikitoys you will be satisfied or reimbursed in compliance with the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05) and you will have no risk of not receiving refund for authorized return, new products, not used and not damaged!
What is the return procedure?
- Write an e-mail to info@rikitoys.co Specifying: the order number, the purchased products you want to make and the reason for the return (defective goods for example) and any detail photos. You can specify subsequently if you prefer to receive a gift voucher (without expiry) or be reimbursed.
- Rikitoys customer service will send you an authorization e-mail to the return with the specifications.
- Enter the product in its original packaging including tags, labels, instruction leaflets etc ... and put everything in a box. Make sure the packaging is suitably sealed and carefully protects its content.
- Choose a courier to your liking or the postal service, but it is essential that the package has traceability. In fact, in the event, we do not receive the goods, there will be no reimbursement.
- When the return arrives at our warehouse we will make a verification that the returned products are new, never used, not damaged, with intact labels and as far as possible in the original packaging. If the goods arrives damaged due to an unwilling and protective packaging, there will be no reimbursement.

Within 7 working days of receiving the return we will send you an e-mail to confirm the reception including a refund notification or attaching the gift coupon code.
ATTENTION: please bring particular care in treating the purchased items, in fact we can reimburse new items (unused) and that have been treated with particular care and do not present alterations such as:
• Lack or alteration of the packaging and the original packaging
• Removal of cards
• Changes or interventions of any kind in the article
• Alteration of various kinds
• damage of various types
For products packaged in boxes, please be careful in opening the package so as not to ruin it.
