Are you not satisfied with your order? No problem, you have the opportunity to return it and ask for a refund.
The right of withdrawal allows you to return the item purchased within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package.
The return is free, but the cost of the collection of goods (i.e. the return shipment) is always borne by the buyer except in particular exceptions that will be discussed only with the buyer concerned.
Remember that it is essential to contact Rikitoys before returning the goods and wait for the return authorization.
We cannot accept returns without our prior authorization.
The returned products must be new, never used, not damaged, with intact labels and as far as possible in the original packaging, only if these conditions are verified can you be entitled to a refund, otherwise it will not be possible to obtain it.

With Rikitoys you will be satisfied or reimbursed in compliance with the right of withdrawal (Legislative Decree 206/05) and you will have no risk of not receiving refund for authorized return, new products, not used and not damaged!
